The Inbox Brand turns the design process into a conversation. It includes 3 rounds of revisions based on your feedback, in addition to the discovery included in your booking form. This totals up to five brand concepts throughout the project that we can create based on what we hear from you.
Timeline
Booking
When you book a spot, we ask you the preliminary questions we need to know. You’ll select a Start Date and tell us a bit about your brand and vision.
Start Date
You’ll receive your first designs from us in your inbox—two brand concepts representing two different directions we could go in based on your style, audience and industry.
Refinement
We’ll refine down to one brand concept based on your feedback, and continue with refinement for up to three rounds of revisions together.
Delivery
Once we complete refinement, we develop your brand concept into a comprehensive, digital suite of downloadable files, assets, and brand guidelines ready to use.

Simply visit our booking page here. Select the Start Date that works best for you, and provide us with some initial details about your brand and vision.

The project includes three rounds of design revisions. Feel free to request revisions after each new brand concept is presented, for up to three revision rounds. If more revisions are needed, we can always discuss that.

Yes! You will have direct access to our Lead Designer, Jordan, throughout your project allowing for clear and efficient communication throughout the process.

We provide a comprehensive file suite at the end of the project that includes your primary and secondary logos, font system information, color palette, profile pictures, and brand guidelines ready to download and use in both digital and print projects.
Downloadable logo files include high-res JPGs (web-ready), PNGs (web-ready with transparency), SVGs and AIs (vector-ready), and PDFs (print-ready).

If you need additional time, we can always discuss extending the revision period as a project add-on.
That being said, The Inbox Brand includes three rounds of feedback and revisions, in addition to two initial brand concepts, which is more than enough for the majority of projects.

The Inbox Brand can be paid in 4 installments of $975 over three months, or a one-time payment of $3800, which provides savings of $100. We accept payment online at the time of booking with a secure, third-party platform.

Nope! Our communication will be email-based. No app downloads, no new accounts to create. Use your preferred email throughout the project.

Yes, the files you receive are high-resolution and suitable for a variety of uses, including both print and digital media.

The Inbox Brand tends to require 4-5 weeks to complete, beginning on your selected Start Date.
This includes up to 3 rounds of design and revision, and 4-5 business days of export and delivery. Export and delivery is the final phase of the project, in which we package up the designs we worked on together and create your online suite of downloadables for you.
If we complete the development phase together ahead of schedule, we can export and deliver ahead of schedule too.

We offer flexible payment options to make things easy. You can choose to pay in one full payment or split your investment into four installments — whatever works best for you.
