We want your brand to have a cohesive font system. At the end of our project together, we provide a packet of 10, ready-to-download font systems you can choose from for your brand to make sure all text in your brand feels cohesive and professional.
Each font system option includes its own header font, subheader font, body font, and button font with a preview of what that font system looks like to make choosing easy and fun.

Timeline
Typical timeline is 2-3 weeks
DISCOVERYWhen you book a spot, we ask you the preliminary questions we need to know. You’ll select a Start Date and tell us a bit about your brand and vision.
DIRECTIONYou’ll receive your first email from us on your Start Date—two mood boards representing two different directions we could go in based on your style, audience, and industry.
DESIGNWe’ll use your feedback on the brand directions to create a fully fleshed-out brand concept. We can revise this concept up to two times to make sure it fits what you need.
DeliveryOnce we complete refinement, we develop your brand concept into a comprehensive, digital suite of brand files and assets, downloadable and ready to use instantly.

The project includes three rounds of design revisions. Feel free to request revisions after each new brand concept is presented, for up to three revision rounds. If more revisions are needed, we can always discuss that.

Yes! You will have direct access to our Lead Designer, Jordan, throughout your project allowing for clear and efficient communication throughout the process.

We provide a comprehensive file suite at the end of the project that includes your primary and secondary logos, font system information, color palette, profile pictures, and brand guidelines ready to download and use in both digital and print projects.
Downloadable logo files include high-res JPGs (web-ready), PNGs (web-ready with transparency), SVGs and AIs (vector-ready), and PDFs (print-ready).

If you need additional time, we can always discuss extending the revision period as a project add-on.
That being said, The Inbox Brand includes three rounds of feedback and revisions, in addition to two initial brand concepts, which is more than enough for the majority of projects.

The Inbox Brand can be paid in 4 installments of $975 over three months, or a one-time payment of $3800, which provides savings of $100. We accept payment online at the time of booking with a secure, third-party platform.

Nope! Our communication will be email-based. No app downloads, no new accounts to create. Use your preferred email throughout the project.

Yes, the files you receive are high-resolution and suitable for a variety of uses, including both print and digital media.

The Inbox Brand tends to require 4-5 weeks to complete, beginning on your selected Start Date.
This includes up to 3 rounds of design and revision, and 4-5 business days of export and delivery. Export and delivery is the final phase of the project, in which we package up the designs we worked on together and create your online suite of downloadables for you.
If we complete the development phase together ahead of schedule, we can export and deliver ahead of schedule too.
