What exactly is a brand kit?
A brand kit shows a complete brand identity using a sample name. When you purchase, we apply your business name across the full logo suite, colors, and design elements, giving you a professional brand ready to launch.
What files will I receive?
Primary Logo — High-res downloadables of your primary logo in your brand name, in all brand colors, plus black and white.
Secondary Logos — High-res downloadables of secondary logos and marks in your brand initial(s), in all brand colors, plus black and white.
Font System — Your brand’s font system, with font names, usage guidelines, and download information.
Colors — Read-to-download, high-res squares of each color, perfect to use as backgrounds, story covers, website sections, and more. Plus, all color codes for each color, including HEX, RGB, and CMYK codes.
Files include high-res JPGs (web-ready), PNGs (web-ready with transparency), SVGs and AIs (vector-ready), and PDFs (print-ready).
Will my brand name be on the logos?
Yes! The example name you see will be replaced with your brand name across all logo variations and files.
Can I change the colors or fonts?
Each kit is sold as shown, with carefully chosen colors and typography that create the brand’s unique style. But we provide vector formats of your logos, which allows colors to be edited in many softwares, such as Canva.
It also includes our final Adobe Illustrator files to allow for in-depth continued exploration or refinement if desired, at your own pace or with another designer.
How long does it take to receive my brand kit?
Once your brand is purchased, you’ll receive your customized brand kit within 3–4 business days.
Will my brand kit be unique to me?
Yes and no. We custom-develop this brand style for your brand name, which involves editing, colorizing, and vectorizing all brand assets into your brand name and initial(s). Each kit is sold more than once, but once it’s sold a set number of times, it will be retired. This way you get an affordable brand identity with a level of exclusivity.
Do I need design software to use my files?
Nope! You’ll receive ready-to-use files that can be uploaded directly to websites, social media, and printing services, and even Canva. We include logo files with transparent backgrounds in all your brand colors to make sure you can upload and use them as many places as possible.
How is this different from a custom brand design?
A custom brand design is a fully tailored process where every detail — logos, colors, fonts, and strategy — is created specifically for your business. A brand kit is a pre-designed identity that’s customized with your name only, making it a faster and more affordable option.
What is the benefit of receiving vector files in addition to PNGs, JPGs, etc.?
Vector files are lossless--they are the only file type you can resize infinitely without quality loss. Need to put your logo on a giant sign? Your printing company will request a vector file. That's why we provide these files in every brand kit suite, in addition to standard PNG, JPG, and PDF files.
What is your return policy?
Due to the digital nature of this product, brand kits are not eligible for return or refund.
